Free returns within 14 days
With us, returns within the EU are always easy and free. You have 14 days to return your product(s) in the original packaging and unused. After receiving your return it can take up to 1 week for us to check it. Upon approval you will receive your money back via the payment method you used.

Warranty
During the stated warranty period of two years after purchase, we will repair or replace any defective detector that is returned. This warranty does not apply to the detector if it has been damaged, modified, neglected, abused or altered after the date of purchase or if it does not work due to improper maintenance, and the unit will not be replaced or repaired. Please contact us about the warranty.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage or any special, incidental, accidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from gas leaks, smoke, fire or explosion.
